(Recorded on 1/24/15 at Kehilat Melech Mashyach in Morganton NC)
In this message Rabbi Baw'naw ties together aspects of simcha in all we do so we may "fulfill mitzvios" as opposed to just "doing mitzvios". He focuses on the important of simcha as well as striving for tzaddikim and how one does this through humility and how tzedakah contains the word tzaddik and how the apsect of humility is tied into living a Netzari Jewish life. Rabbi Baw'naw parallels this aspect in an often mistranslated verse that say's "call no man Rabbi' he discusses the missing letter in the original Aramaic that gives this verse an entirely different meaning.
(Recorded live 1/23/15 from Kehilat Melech Mashyach)
Rabbi Baw'naw makes his way through Galatians chapter 2 and shows that it doesn't have to be such a confusing chapter if we understand Jewish conversion and levels of observance.
I had gotten many questions around the premises I promised to cover in Parshas Bo, as opposed to answering all the questions in the teaching from non-members of the Melech Mashyach website. I found it to be easier to just for one week make the Torah Portion teaching from www.MelechMashyach.com free for one week only. However, only the members of www.MelechMashyach.com get the notes and the previous year's teaching unlike the free version I am putting out for this one week. So here it is. And if you like the teaching and feel they could be beneficial to you and are worth $5 a month or $50 a year (subscription fees do not go to me; they go to tzedakah) then go to www.MelechMashayach.com and become a member.
These teachings are by Christopher Fredrickson and air on 2 Christian radio stations as well as Yeshiva Radio. In Brutal Planet, Christopher discusses the ties of the New Testament with Rabbinic Judaism.
